ROCKtember is right around the corner

In a few weeks all our Store Managers and top Assistant Managers will head to the airport, jump on a plane to Seattle and make their way to Everett Washington!
We gather in style... costumes, bowling, dancing, karaoke (Buckley!), rollerskating and more!
These are a few pics of the party at the Managers Retreat in Winthrop.
Be on the lookout at ROCKtember.... rumor has it that JRose, Higgy, Runge and yours truly will be the ultimate DJ combo this side of Mississippi. This year we are going to make a push to change the name from ROCKtember to RAPtember..... as we feel this adds a certain "gangster" element to the event! Join the cause! RAPtemeber 4 Life!!














Its events like this that really bring Zumiez employees together for life. During my first Managers Retreat I thought it would be a good idea to trust Justin Walker to come up with our costumes. The night of the party we found ourselves in the outhouse outside the redbard painting our entire body yellow. After we finished we realized that we also painted the entire outhouse yellow. We we so afraid to tell Clem.... but once he saw it he shrugged his shoulders, laughed and said, "It was going to happen sooner or later, nicely done."
